Charlotte is a qualified solicitor working in the Corporate, Property and Commercial Law team. She has assisted in providing advice in a wide array of commercial law matters, property and conveyancing law matters and trademark law matters.

Prior to joining Hope Earle, Charlotte also assisted in cross-border multinational mergers and acquisition projects. She has firsthand experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, commercial leasing and other agreements and documents, conducting due diligence prior to the purchase of businesses and target companies.

Charlotte is also a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and has also been admitted as a New York Attorney. Apart from the English language, Charlotte can also assist clients in Cantonese and Mandarin.
